Looking For Buildings is Green Monkey Records’ featured album for January 2022!
It’s kind of funny because I’m not on that label. But I’ve known label owner Tom Dyer for decades now, and Green Monkey is a fine label with lots of great records you should buy. And I don’t say that because I know Tom! It’s good stuff anyway.

Another funny thing is that many years ago, I was in a band that recorded a little demo in Tom’s studio. When we finished, we submitted the demo to him to see if he’d be interested in putting some stuff by us out on Green Monkey. But he (very kindly, and rightfully) turned us down. 😀

To quote Howie from Green Monkey: “You should go out and buy this fine indie power pop album right now.” So do it! And thanks very much to Howie and Tom!

A new review, this time from Power Popaholic!

“An elegant vocal that catches your ear right away… The guitar jangle and heart-felt ‘Season of Loss’ is a bittersweet rocker about the Pandemic, with a hook-filled chorus. Next, the sophisticated ‘Field of View’ shows a depth of emotional joy seldom heard.

“…This is a strong debut that deserves to be heard. Check it out.”
